Select from our standard TDL transoms shown at the left or we can custom make a transom to your specifications. Designed to match our GlassCraft mahogany French and TDL doors, our standard TDL Series true divided lite transoms feature mahogany wood muntin bars and beveled IG insulated double thick tempered safety glass. Four transom shapes are in stock, shown from top to bottom: Half Round, Rectangle, Elliptical and Segment. Transom frames (into which the transom sash are installed) are available for the Elliptical, Segment Head, and Half Round transom shapes. (Sash-set and direct-set options are shown below). Transoms come in your choice of unfinished or prefinished in a stain to match your door. Please select the "Wood Finishes" tab below to view available colors. |

Transom Glass & OptionsDouble Glazed Insulated Glass Panels for TDL Transoms: The double thick insulated glass panels consist of two layers of safety glass. The exterior glass pane includes a 1" wide beveled edge for sparkle and beauty. These two panes of glass are sealed together for ease of cleaning, increased security, and energy efficiency. Both panes of glass are tempered. These Insulated Glass Units feature Low-E Glass for increased thermal performance. All Portobello TDL Transoms are available with this double thick insulated and beveled glass option.
