Premium Fiberglass Looks and Feels Like Real Wood
GlassCraft premium fiberglass doors use a patented technology process that authentically reproduces the natural wood grain surface into a fiberglass door skin. This process uses hand-selected pieces of wood to build a master wood door with the most desirable wood grains and patterns. A silicone mold is made of the wood door that will accurately copy the finest details of the wood grain and this slilicone copy is then transferred into a fiberglass door mold using Nickel Vapor Deposition Technology. This produces the most authentic fiberglass door skins that look and feel just like real wood doors.

Energy Star Approved
GlassCraft Premium Fiberglass entryways have been evaluated for Energy Star compliance and certified by the (NFRC) and (Nami); have been awarded Energy Star ratings; and qualify for US Federal Tax Credit for installation of Energy Star Products. Florida and Texas Windstorm Approved
GlassCraft Premium fiberglass entryways have been evaluated for compliance and are approved for installation designated catastrophe areas along the Florida and Texas coast when installed as required as specified by the (IRC) and the (IBC). Woodgrains and Optional Finish
Premium fiberglass doors are offered in Rustic Cherry or Traditional Mahogany, Oak, and Cherry wood grains in your choice of unfinished or factory finish.

GlassCraft's FiberCraft Composite Doors are the strongest fiberglass doors available!

FiberCraft Premium Composite doors are not just the best looking fiberglass doors available. They are also the strongest, best built doors! These doors are constructed with full length, full width door stiles built into both long side edges of the door. GlassCraft premium composite doors are constructed with wide door stiles on both edges to virtually eliminate thermal warping and deflection in cold weather. Plus this method adds significant strength to the door.

These door stiles are produced using an LSL laminated Strand Lumber beam made from sustainable Aspen timber. Another green innovation that provides a strong, high-performance door.

In addition, these FiberCraft Premium Composite doors use a very heavy and strong top and bottom rail that is 100% recycled composite material. These rails cover the entire width of the door to eliminate any potential for water absorption into the interior of the door.

These doors offer the best choice in sustainable and environmentally excellent building materials available! GlassCraft's patented process includes our exclusive BioFoam, which is an environmentally friendly green polyurethane insulating foam utilizing low-impact, renewable, non-fossil-fuel sources including plant based oils.

Certified "Green"
GlassCraft's mahogany door factory is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, and our alder door factory is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Iniative. These two entities are the international organizations established to promote responsible forest management. GlassCraft is a certified "chain of custody" partner with both the FSC and the SFI.

Certified TCEQ "Green" finish - GlassCraft uses a hybrid urethane finishing process on both our wood doors and our fiberglass doors that emits close to zero VOCs....volatile organic compounds. GlassCraft is one of the few door manufacturers in Texas with a manufacturing facility that is inspected and certified by the State of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (registration number CN603390188). This certification is required by Texas law.

NFRC Certified "IG" Manufacturing facility - GlassCraft's factory in Houston, Texas is certified by the National Fenestration Ratings Council as a manufacturer of Insulated Glass Units for our steel, wood, and fiberglass doors, and prehung entryways. This certification is required for all glazing products to be in accordance with the 2010 NFRC Product Certification Program (NFRC-PCP).

Warranty Information
- Factory finished doors for residential use have a Lifetime limited warranty on door panels and 5-year limited warranty
  on the finish.
- Factory finished doors for commercial or multi-residential use have a 3-year limited warranty.
- Unfinished doors have a 1-year limited warranty.
